The president, SAIGOH Yoshimi was born in Fukushima Pre. in 1944, and graduated from DAIDO Institute of Technology. He majored in mechanical engineering.

He then worked for the American Company, The Omark Japan Incorporated and later joining a patent law firm.

In 1975 he was admitted to practice patent laws, and in 1977 ,opened SAIGOH PATENT OFFICE (i.e. Saigoh Int'l Patent & Trademark).
